A simple choice

The PFFS plan is very simple. The plan doesn't have a list of providers, so members have coverage with any provider who accepts Medicare patients and agrees to Humana's payment terms and conditions.

Members get all the benefits of Original Medicare, plus prescription drug coverage and added features like our fitness programs and Humana Active Outlook^SM.

How the plan works

With the Humana Gold Choice PFFS plan, members enjoy several features and benefits:

• Freedom to choose doctors, specialists, and hospitals
  
  
• Primary care doctor’s office visits and annual routine physicals
  
  
• No copayment for preventive services, including cancer screenings and immunizations, for most plans
  
  
• Emergency coverage outside the United States
  
  
• Prescription drug benefits equal to or better than the minimum requirements for a Medicare Part D plan – including coverage for all of the most commonly prescribed drugs for seniors*
  
  

Because the Humana Gold Choice PFFS plan includes prescription drug coverage that’s equal to or better than the minimum requirements for a Medicare Part D plan, your client doesn't need a separate prescription plan or Medicare Supplement.
