The value of an EAP

• Unlimited telephone assistance – Employees can call the toll-free number for help anytime day or night, 365 days a year. A master’s-level professional conducts a telephone assessment to determine the type and level of service the caller needs.
  
  
• Counseling services – Employees can have face-to-face sessions with an EAP counselor.
  
  
• Financial counseling – Counselors provide help with financial issues over the phone.
  
  
• Legal services – Employees receive an initial consultation and a discount on subsequent services.
  
  
• Childcare assistance – Employees can get referrals to local centers, along with center profiles and vacancy information.
  
  
• Eldercare resources – Counselors provide consultation services and resource packets containing helpful articles, videos, etc.
