Physical Activity Incentive and Rewards Program

HealthMiles by Virgin Life Care is a first-of-its-kind physical activity incentive and rewards program that motivates employees to increase their activity level and physical fitness. Members earn HealthMiles for effort, measurement, and achievement. These miles are redeemable at more than 50 national retailers – so members can walk, dance, or run their way to valuable merchandise. The program is available to members covered by any health benefits provider.

Employers may wish to distribute materials about wellness topics. They can choose from a range of clinically validated materials.

Wellness Consultants

The Wellness Consultant serves as a resource for your organization’s on-site wellness activities. Consultants are trained in fields such as exercise science, nursing, public health, and nutrition. They work with the employer to establish a long-term strategy and help facilitate events such as workshops and seminars, health screenings at the work site, health fairs, employee campaigns, and walking programs.

Health fair facilitation

Employers receive the support to plan and run a health fair event. The Health Fair Facilitator works with the employer to understand wants and needs – whether to include health screenings, what topics to cover, budget, etc. – and then connects with local resources for content and fair participation. During the event, the facilitator provides on-site coordination. Fees from third-party vendors are not included in the price of this service.
